Qualifications

• One year experience in related field or as a MHT preferred.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Chauffer's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care including hygiene.
• Delivers care under direct supervision by licensed staff.
• Takes vital signs and documents them accurately.
• Intervenes to decrease panic in disturbed patients.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Transports patients inside and outside the facility.
• Assists with meals and nourishment.
• Participates in program staff meetings and trainings.
• Collaborates with nursing, medical and ancillary staff.
