Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years in a psychiatric mental health setting, or a BA/BS with 1 year in mental health.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and mental and physical health terminologies.
• CNA or equivalent certification acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
• Current Washington AAC or CNA credential required; processing may take 30-90 days.
• Must be 18 years or older; CPR/First Aid/CPI certified and maintained.
• Post-offer physical, TB testing, background checks, and driving/insurance verifications may apply.
