Job summary

Allure of Zion is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas according to facility schedules, dust and polish surfaces, and maintain tidy public spaces.

This full-time role includes rotating weekends with hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., plus laundry duties, resident services, and a focus on safety and infection control. Training and teamwork across departments are essential to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas according to facility schedules.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty trash and replace liners in resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and employee areas.
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or unusual observations immediately.
• Work cooperatively with all departments to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Wear appropriate uniform and name badge during all shifts.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.
