Job summary

Riverside Healthcare is recruiting a compassionate CNA for our Assisted Living and Memory Care team in Illinois. You will provide person-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents with memory impairments.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure safety and quality of life. Responsibilities include monitoring health, taking vital signs, documenting care, and collaborating with nurses and the broader care team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification in Illinois.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work with memory care residents and collaborate with healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and daily living activities.
• Provide oral, skin, hair care and help with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor residents, record vital signs, and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Document care accurately and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
