Job summary

Rock of Ages in McMinnville, OR is hiring part-time Memory Care caregivers to support seniors in our licensed Memory Care and help them live safely and comfortably. We’re looking for compassionate, dependable and passionate individuals who work well with others and communicate clearly; unlicensed caregivers earn $18-$20+ per hour DOE, while licensed CNAs earn $24+ per hour.

No licensure required for unlicensed role, CNAs receive higher pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Desire to provide quality care to the elderly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and focused on bettering others’ lives.
• Food handler’s card or ability to obtain upon hire.
• CPR certification or ability to become certified upon hire.
• Ability to pass criminal background check with ORDHS.
