Job summary

The Pointe at Meridian, operated by Grace Management Inc, seeks a Medication Technician to administer medications and support resident wellbeing in a compassionate, family-like community. Part-time role with weekend shifts and PRN coverage, with on-site duties and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assistance with daily living activities, and coordination with the Wellness Director to maintain a positive, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must maintain state Med Tech certification and CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medication administration as directed.
• Provide daily resident care including activities of daily living.
• Oversee wellness staffing schedule and maintain accurate records.
• Document medication administration and MAR entries.
• Respond to emergencies and follow infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with wellness team to ensure resident safety and comfort.
