Brightview Senior Living, LLC currently seeks a compassionate Medication Aide/Tech to provide warm personal care and companionship to our residents in Towson, Maryland. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and collaborating with nursing staff to update care plans.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent and a Medication Aide certification (NJ) or Technician credentials in MD/RI/PA/VA/NY, bringing a positive, people-centered approach to our community.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
