The position requires CNA certification preferred, high school diploma or GED, and 18+ years old. CPR/First Aid preferred with prior senior-care experience. Training and growth opportunities are offered as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Administer and observe medications and treatments following the Six Rights of Medication Pass, document and report concerns.
• Monitor and record resident conditions and changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and activity participation.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities to support well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in resident rooms and common areas.
