Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Some experience as a Medication Technician preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain safe, respectful environment for residents.
- Verify weekly self‑administration accuracy.
- Review medication error reports and document signatures.
- Perform monthly audits of medication records.
- Follow individualized care or service plans.
- Report discrepancies to nurse or supervisor promptly.
- Provide basic ADL assistance and meals.
- Maintain documentation per procedures and regulations.
