A progressive sign-on bonus is offered for full-time Medication Technicians. You’ll administer medications, support daily living activities, and help maintain safe, compliant care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience as a Medication Technician.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations and community policies.
• Provide care and services in a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all residents.
• Verify weekly that residents self-administering medications are taking meds correctly.
• Review medication error reports and obtain required staff signatures.
• Perform monthly audits of medication administration records.
