Springfield Skilled Care Center is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to provide safe medication administration and resident care under licensed nurse supervision. You will follow the five rights and maintain accurate medication records while supporting a patient-centered care environment.

Ideal candidates hold Missouri CMT and CNA certifications, demonstrate compassion, and can work collaboratively in a team-focused senior care setting.

Qualifications

• Active CMT and CNA certifications in Missouri; both licenses required.
• Experience administering medications under nurse supervision.
• Compassionate and thoughtful approach to senior care.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Performs resident care responsibilities in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Documents medication administration accurately and timely.
• May take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Responds to resident call lights and anticipates residents' needs.
