Qualifications

• Experienced with medication handling and resident care.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments.
• Observe, verify and document medication administration.
• Notify supervisor about any deviations or issues.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication records.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and physicians on dosages.
• Prepare medications for distribution up to 24 hours ahead.
• Assist with resident activities and safety checks.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and requests.
