Responsibilities

• Prepares medications for Residents.
• Assists Residents in taking medications as ordered.
• Monitors effectiveness and educates Residents on medications.
• Obtains blood sugars and vital signs as ordered.
• Motivates and encourages Residents during medication assistance.
• Follows policies for record-keeping on Medication Administration Record.
