Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or related care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents and document administration accurately.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to Wellness leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Maintain medication carts, storage, and supplies securely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
