Job summary

Opal Senior Living is seeking a Medication Associate to support resident care by safely administering medications and assisting with daily activities in our assisted living communities. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current medication administration certification/registration as required by state guidelines.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or related care setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as directed and document administration accurately.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to Wellness leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain medication carts, storage, and supplies in a clean and secure manner.
