Vitalia Westlake is seeking a dedicated Medication Partner to join our Westlake, Ohio team. This full-time position focuses on accurate medication administration, maintaining carts, and meticulous recordkeeping to support residents' quality of life.

Applicants must be at least 18, state-certified and in good standing, with a high school diploma and solid English communication. We offer a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and a competitive hourly pay range of $22 to $26.75, along with a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State-certified per guidelines and active in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Strong interpersonal skills for residents and coworkers.
• Read/write/communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and accurate records.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
