The Bridges of Hendricks Creek is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our caregiving team. You will administer medications safely, monitor residents' health, and support the nursing staff to promote dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders.
• Health Monitoring: observe residents, record vital signs, and report changes.
• Resident Engagement: build compassionate relationships and encourage participation in activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control procedures and maintain organized records.
