Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent, or state-required experience.
• Completed 24-hour NC Board of Nursing training.
• Passed a State-administered competency exam.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Aufgaben

• Verify resident identity, record medication details and time of administration.
• Clarify orders with supervisor nurse and notify if not administering.
• Take and record vitals when required.
• Order and re-order medications per regulations.
• Maintain clean medication room and secure storage.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure effective interactions with residents and families.
• Comply with resident rights policies.
• Attend care team conferences as directed.
• Complete forms in accordance with policy and regulations.
