Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living residents under SSMG guidelines.
• Report health changes to Wellness Director and document properly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain communication with all departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff as requested.
• Protect confidentiality of residents’ information and adhere to safety plans.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Foster a safe, professional work environment and proper equipment care.
