Job summary

You will perform assessments, participate in skilled procedures, and implement individualized care plans while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. WA licensure and BLS/CPR certification at hire are required, with BSN preferred and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse with WA licensure, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) through the American Heart Association, upon hire.
• Preferred: BSN.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies, safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
• Administers and documents medications as ordered and per policy.
• Assesses patients holistically and plans care based on ongoing assessments.
• Documents care and patient status using the nursing process; communicates physician orders.
• Supports patient discharge planning and coordinates post-discharge needs.
