Job summary

The Chaplain 1 collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, conducts services and educational programs, and travels to LLUH entities across San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in theology or related field.
• Two units of CPE required.
• Experience on interdisciplinary care teams preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice, palliative care and bereavement practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and spiritual guidance to patients and families.
• Conduct religious services and chapel functions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Develop community educational programs and outreach.
