Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an MA program with 160-hour externship, or 1 year clinical MA experience if externship not completed.
• Current BLS-C certification upon hire or by end orientation.
• EPIC EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Obtain and record patient histories and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers.
• Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Graduate of Medical Assistant program with externship (160 hours)

Current BLS-C

EPIC experience (preferred)

Other MA program completion with clinical experience in past 5 years
