Job summary

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an MA program accredited by CAAHP or ABHES.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office).
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care including preparation, vital signs, documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations under provider direction.
• Prepare and organize patient charts, document results, and communicate test results.
• Schedule procedures, labs, x-rays, and surgeries; provide pre/post-surgery information.
• Coordinate physician schedules and insurance pre-certifications; manage follow-ups.
