• Answer calls, emails and messages; document all telephone conversations.
• Schedule referrals and outpatient testing; communicate appointment details.
• Manage medication refill requests per clinical guidelines.
• Assist with procedures and maintain exam room cleanliness.
• Draw labs and perform point-of-care testing; provide results to ordering provider.
