Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of related work experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting preferred; National Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam and treatment rooms.
• Prepares patients for examination and treatment.
• Obtains patient history and documents vital signs in medical records.
• Processes lab/diagnostic results and updates charts after physician review.
• Coordinates patient flow and supports timely care.
