Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a Medical Assistant in Cumming, GA for a full-time daytime role. You will support providers, manage patient intake, and maintain records with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with preference for those who completed an accredited medical assistant program and have EMR experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or currently pursuing completion.
• Strong communication and empathy with patients and families.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with organization.
• Experience with EMR and basic software tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient records and test results and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist providers during exams.
• Take vitals (BP, weight, temperature) and report patient history.
• Administer injections and medications as directed per nursing standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate electronic records.
• Schedule tests, arrange referrals, and assist with lab tasks.
• Support clinic operations and ensure a safe work environment.
