Job summary

DAP Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support clinicians, prepare patients, and record vitals in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic environment. This role involves assisting with specimens and minor procedures, maintaining clean exam rooms, and ensuring PHI privacy while following safety policies.

The MA will work on-site at DAP Health locations, travel as needed, and participate in daily care team huddles to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Medical assistant certificate or training in venipuncture, infection control, PHI.
• One year MA experience in a medical office preferred.
• Current BLS certification required or preferred.
• CA/National MA certification preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinician and staff with examinations and procedures.
• Prepare charts, take vitals, and ensure patient readiness.
• Collect specimens and assist with minor procedures as directed.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure PHI privacy.
• Document in EHR and support a patient-centered care environment.
