Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, perform registration and check-in, schedule appointments and process referrals.
• Obtain vital signs, medication history, and allergies; document in EMR.
• Perform point-of-care testing and basic clinical procedures per protocol.
• Assist providers with examinations and vaccines; ensure patient flow and room readiness.
• Support billing processes, collect co-pays and verify patient information.
• Maintain infection-control standards and HIPAA privacy requirements.
