Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to build relationships with patients through clear communication and attentive care. You will support practitioners, obtain patient records, and help prepare treatment rooms for examinations in a fast-paced clinic.

You will perform preliminary physical assessments, collect samples as directed, and assist with injections, lab work, and minor procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or actively pursuing completion.
• Onsite occupational health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient records and test results and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with examinations.
• Give injections and administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Assist with lab tests, phlebotomy, and minor procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate charting in EMR.
