Responsibilities

• Set up for exams (e.g., PAPs) to minimize patient delays.
• Prepare patient charts and assist with scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain infection control and follow CHI policies and procedures.
• Greet patients and ensure respectful, professional interactions.
• Assist with billing and encounter forms within the same day of intervention.
• Use Intergy System for appointments and charting while supporting providers.
