Responsibilities

• Assist with exams and patient preparation (e.g., PAPs) to reduce delays.
• Accurately document in patient charts and process billing/encounter forms the same day.
• Maintain infection control and CHI policies; operate Intergy scheduling system.
• Greet patients professionally and ensure accurate medical records and patient flow.
