Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong patient service skills, and certification in CPR/BLS. Training in pain management procedures is a plus. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certificate of completion of a Medical Assistant program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming patient experience and prepare patient information for visits.
• Assist with medical appointments as instructed by the provider.
• Clean, prepare, and stock examination rooms.
• Document accurately in the EMR and communicate with patients and providers about care.
