Job summary

The position requires CMA or RMA certification where applicable, ABHES/CAAHEP-accredited program, and at least one year of customer service experience. De-escalation training and BCLS will be completed within orientation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Graduate from a Medical Assistant program ABHES or CAAHEP preferred.
• Must have de-escalation training by orientation (90 days).
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in registrations, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Minimum of one year experience as CMA preferred or CMA/RMA certification.”

Responsibilities
