U.S. Dermatology Partners in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Medical Assistant to support licensed providers in clinic and surgical settings. You will deliver safe, compassionate care and help with exam preparation, patient intake, and document medical histories.

Responsibilities include measuring vitals, assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, managing supplies, and coordinating appointments, while adhering to HIPAA and safety protocols.

Formación

• One year+ experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as patient advocate during exams and treatment.
• Interview patients to obtain medical information and vitals.
• Prepare patients for physician, instruments and rooms.
• Record medical history, medications, allergies and test results.
• Prepare and administer medications under physician guidance.
• Collect samples and prepare them for testing.
• Explain procedures and post-care instructions to patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Maintain sterile field and clean treatment rooms.
