Qualifications

• Active NAC or HCA certification required.
• Nurse Delegation certificates needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and care.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Follow all Washington State regulations and community policies.
