Generations in California is seeking empathetic part-time Med Techs/Caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities, always treating them with dignity and respect. Follow care plans and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, compassionate support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide certification is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, treating them with dignity and respect.
• Follow resident care plans as directed by leadership.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure safe, compassionate support.
• Adhere to Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.
