Job summary

Horizon Home Health and Hospice Caldwell is seeking a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to provide patient-centered massage therapy per the plan of care. You will perform patient assessments, design treatment plans including various modalities, and collaborate with the Hospice Team to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of massage with current certification and license.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• One year of health-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to evaluate suitability for massage therapy and contribute to treatment plans.
• Design and implement massage therapy plans; provide therapies such as Swedish massage, Reiki, acupressure, cranio sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage.
• Collaborate with Hospice Team in planning physical treatments and educate staff about the program.
• Maintain accurate, legible documentation and comply with policies and regulations.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager or Director of Patient Care Services.
