Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(M) mammography certification required.

• 1+ year of mammography experience preferred; strong clinical skills acceptable for new graduates.
• Comfortable with both screening and diagnostic workups, showing empathy to patients.
• Effective communication with patients, radiologists, and team members.
• Able to see the person behind every image.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through routine annual screening, addressing questions and easing anxiety.
• Assist radiologists with diagnostic exams, focusing on positioning and image quality.
• Support patients anxious about callbacks with calm, professional presence.
• Collaborate with technologists, MAs, and radiologists to support growth and patient care.
