ComForCare Home Health Care - Arlington VA is seeking a compassionate Male Caregiver to join our in-home care team on a flexible shift schedule. The caregiver provides personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes while maintaining dignity and respect.

Applicants with caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred. This role offers meaningful work and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Male applicants preferred to meet specific client care preferences and comfort needs.
• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to assist with personal care, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality client-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
