Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic patient care within the physician/ARN scope of practice.
• Transcribes orders and follows policy.
• Communicates with RN to update plan of care and contribute to nursing care plans.
• Administers medications per orders and standing orders within scope of practice.
• Assists in examinations and treatments by handling instruments and patient support.
