Ideal candidates hold a CA license in good standing, CPR/First Aid, and bring 1+ year of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Current CA license in good standing to practice as LVN.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 1+ years' experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observes, reports and documents patient conditions.
• Administers medications per physician orders.
• Takes and records temperatures, respiration and pulse.
• Prepares treatment trays and equipment as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of patient conditions at all times.
• Reviews shift reports and assigns duties to CNAs or other staff.
• Updates oncoming shift with accurate records.
• Notifies DNS/Administrator of changes in patient condition.
