Job summary
PIH Health Hospice Outpatient seeks an LVN to provide direct patient care in patients’ homes under RN supervision. The LVN performs nursing tasks within licensed scope and upholds the PIH Health Patients First vision in the Whittier service area.
The role requires California LVN license, CPR, and at least one year of nursing experience; a valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance. This full-time evening shift runs 3:00 pm–11:30 pm and emphasizes compassionate, high-quality home health care.
