Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes in the Houston area, providing assessment, planning, and patient/family education to support care plans.

Applicants must be licensed in Texas with at least one year of nursing experience and demonstrate basic technology skills, including use of a mobile device. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
