Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in the home setting across Texas. You will administer care per physician orders and the plan of care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health team to support safe, effective home-based care.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Texas, have at least one year of nursing experience, and hold CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they practice with at least one year of nursing experience.
• Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients per physician orders and the plan of care.
• Teach the patient, family and health care team as part of care delivery.
