• Must be able to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians, including administering medications, wound care, and performing routine procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessment and medical history.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a commitment to infection control and asepsis, adhering to established protocols and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting informed decision-making and self-care.
