Job summary
Trinity Health Group is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide practical nursing care in collaboration with RN case managers and supervisors. You will educate clients and families per the care plan and perform under supervision of RNs and Administrators.
The role includes both full-time and PRN positions in Texas and home health settings. Applicants must be a graduate of an approved LVN program with an active Texas LVN license and at least one year of LVN experience, preferably in home
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved LVN nursing program.
- Active Texas LVN license to practice.
- Minimum of one year LVN experience, preferably in home care.
- Criminal background and required checks.
- Current CPR certification.
- Vehicle for client visits and lifting devices as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical nursing care within the scope of nursing practice standards in collaboration with RN case managers/supervisors.
- Educate clients and families according to the established professional plan of care.
- Perform duties under the supervision of RNs, Administrators, and Supervising Nurse.
- Full-time and PRN positions available.
