Midtown Oaks Post Acute in Sacramento, CA is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct care and supervise CNAs in a supportive post-acute setting. You will administer meds, monitor residents, and contribute to care planning with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a CA LVN license, are graduates of an accredited LVN/LPN program, and have CPR certification. Strong assessment and communication skills are essential for this full-time PM shift role with

Qualifications

• Current, active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN nursing program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing leadership and physicians.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure high standards of care.
