Responsibilities

• Visit residents daily to monitor physical and emotional status and report changes to nurse leadership.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when physician not available.
• Provide holistic care within LPN scope.
• Assist in inventory management of medications and supplies to ensure adequate stock.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms and charting.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policy.
