The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Trilogy Health Services provides direct, quality clinical care under the supervision of the nursing team on the Sanders Ridge Health Campus unit in Mount Washington, KY. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and collaboration with nursing assistants to support residents.

Formación

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Visit residents daily to observe and evaluate each resident's status and notify the charge nurse or physician when there is a change in condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care for residents within the LPN scope.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of medications, supplies and equipment to ensure availability.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.
• Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals per policy.
