Job summary

Good Samaritan seeks a full-time LPN to provide professional nursing care for long-term residents in a Christian, not-for-profit setting. Under supervision, you will administer medications, manage treatments, assess health needs and document care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with an active LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred when available.
• Minimum of clinical experience hours as part of training per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor effects.
• Document resident interactions, care plans and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident health.
